Let’s Get Back to Basics or Whatever

the wellness saloon

So much has gone out the window these last six months.

Morning routines? Gone.

Day-drinking? Acceptable.

Common sense? Replaced by conspiracy theories.

So it’s time we set aside our tin foil hats and get back to life. Or whatever we’re calling it these days.

And part of that is getting back to the basics. So here are the basic services I offer (in case you forgot).

Acupuncture

No matter what you’re dealing with -- chronic pain, stress, fatigue, hormonal issues -- acupuncture can help alleviate your problems. Added bonus: you’ll get to look like Pinhead from Hellraiser for a hot minute!

Fascia Treatment

Sore muscles, tight shoulders, or experiencing pain? A fascia treatment can help ease and heal what you’re dealing with getting you back to life, or sleeping, or whatever. It might feel like torture when you’re laying on my table, but trust me, there’s nothing to be afraid of. Except how good you’ll feel afterwards.

MicroNeedling

Who wants to wear a mask after Halloween? Nobody. And that’s where a microneedling session comes into play. It helps treat and reverse a number of skin concerns so you can look less like the Wicked Witch of The West and more like Glinda the Good Witch.

Acu Massage

Are you dealing with too much stress and anxiety lately? A massage with an acupuncture treatment is the perfect way to relax. I’ll work that tension out of your muscles, get your blood flowing, and have you feeling more like your normal self and less like the walking dead.

Cupping/Gua Sha

Flu season is almost here. Which is exactly what we DON’T need right now. Get rid of all those pesky pathogens that may be lurking just around the corner. The only downside? You’ll look like the creature from the Black Lagoon got ahold of you. Whatever, you’re welcome for the free costume idea.

And as always, this month’s special is all treats and no tricks:

When you come see me for an in-person treatment, get a FREE Gua Sha or cupping treatment to get ready for flu season.
