Is Your Body Messed Up?
Lately I’ve been thinking that I need to let people know what I do to help seriously messed up people get back to doing what they love. These people need me to bring out my entire arsenal of tricks and tools. The amount of scar tissue/balls of fascia that they have is incredible.

It's My Birthday Month!
February is my birthday month, people! It’s also the month of love. And because of that, I’ve been celebrating ME, so work was pushed to the side...like this blog. But for most Americans, February stands for SUPER BOWL time!!

Let’s Get Back to Basics or Whatever
So much has gone out the window these last six months. Morning routines? Gone. Day-drinking? Acceptable. Common sense? Replaced by conspiracy theories. So it’s time we set aside our tin foil hats and get back to life. Or whatever we’re calling it these days.

It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere!
Who knew shots were such a good idea? Me. I knew. They’re ALWAYS a good idea. At any time of the day. Who can say no to a shot? It automatically makes everything better! Buuuuut….I’m talking about shots that are actually GOOD for you! Not the kind YOU were thinking of!
